Sales Administrator (no cold calling, no sales targets) offering a basic salary of up to £20,000 plus bonus and benefits.

Based in Hale, Altrincham.

The role of Sales Administrator:

  • Office based, receive incoming calls from new and existing customers, both trade and consumer.
  • Update back office system regarding conversations and activity.
  • Follow up lapsed customers and rekindle business relationship.
  • Build rapport and trust with customers.
  • Maintain and update social media channels.
  • Carry out invoicing tasks
  • General office administration
  • No cold calling

The ideal Sales Administrator:

  • Excellent telephone manner and capable of quickly building trust and rapport with customers.
  • Confident, friendly and efficient.
  • You will be working as part of a small team and will therefore need to be self motivated.
  • Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office products)

Hours of work:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Full time
  • Some flexibility in hours
