Sales Administrator (no cold calling, no sales targets) offering a basic salary of up to £20,000 plus bonus and benefits.
Based in Hale, Altrincham.
The role of Sales Administrator:
- Office based, receive incoming calls from new and existing customers, both trade and consumer.
- Update back office system regarding conversations and activity.
- Follow up lapsed customers and rekindle business relationship.
- Build rapport and trust with customers.
- Maintain and update social media channels.
- Carry out invoicing tasks
- General office administration
- No cold calling
The ideal Sales Administrator:
- Excellent telephone manner and capable of quickly building trust and rapport with customers.
- Confident, friendly and efficient.
- You will be working as part of a small team and will therefore need to be self motivated.
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office products)
Hours of work:
- Monday to Friday
- Full time
- Some flexibility in hours
