The Mason Frank Tech Academy (MFTA) is the latest addition to Frank Recruitment Groups brands. MFTA is a unique Salesforceauthorized programme that combines fully funded Salesforce training and certifications with practical work experience. Due to exceptional growth, we are looking to hire a Coordinator to assist the Head of MFTA UK with operational processes.

Key responsibilities of your role will include but will not be limited to;

  • Full utilization of our internal CRM system Phoenix (Salesforce) to ensure it is accurate and correct for MFTA
  • Responsible for working alongside our contract admin team to ensure all placements are recorded correctly
  • Timesheet process ownership for MFTA consultants. Monitoring submittal and process approval for all timesheets daily
  • Work with our L&D manager to organize checkins with MFTA consultants
  • Liaise with Talent Acquisition to help onboarding
  • Working with external clients and supporting Tech Academy Managers to coordinate and schedule candidate interviews & placements
  • Manage MFTA reporting and tracking for ad hoc, monthly, quarterly and annual reviews
  • Ad hoc project work included but not limited to: list out a few potential projects market mapping
  • Coordinate with marketing to ensure up to date promotional materials including brochures, testimonials, website content

What we are looking for:

  • Previous administrative and/or project coordination experience in a fastpaced environment with proven multitasking experience and the ability to prioritize
  • Client facing skills and experience telephone and face to face
  • Strong communication skills, professionalism, resilience and perseverance
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proven MS Excel skills with reporting experience
  • Ideally has worked with a CRM/IT system previously
  • Salesforce experience would be advantageous but not essential as training will be provided
