Director of Field Marketing EMEA

£105000.00 - £110000.00 per annum

The Role: You will be responsible for driving the EMEA strategy and overseeing the marketing teams transition to a proactive, streamlined fountain of MQLs. Youll lead a talented team of regional marketing professionals across all aspects of demand generation, field marketing and digital marketing in support of the EMEA sales pipeline and revenue goals. This is a highly collaborative role also working with Corporate Marketing, Partners, Operations Finance and HR leadership to ensure alignment with global goals.

Responsibilities of the Director of Field Marketing

  • Work in tandem with the VP of Sales to define and understand sales objectives and develop a cuttingedge marketing plan to increase the volume and quality of leads entering the pipeline
  • Scale up marketing efforts and take overall responsibility to exceeding ambitious customer acquisition targets
  • Oversee the edition of measurements and analytics, building a system of reporting to allow acute quantifying and qualifying activity performance. Identify areas to adjust for future marketing activities throughout EMEA
  • Liaise and collaborate with partner sales and marketing teams on the development and management of structured added value marketing programs
  • Grow, mentor, develop, inspire and lead a field marketing team both in the UK and throughout EMEA

Requirementsfor the role of Director of Field Marketing

  • You must have 10+ years experience in software marketing, for an establish global business
  • You will have previous director level experience and have managed a team of 10 or more marketers across multiple countries
  • Excellent track record of partnering with sales to define and achieve goals
  • Be able to travel abroad 35% of the time

The Package:

  • £100k£110k basic salary + OTE of £10k£15k
