Product Support Executive
£20000 - £25000 per annum +
Do you have a couple of years experience in a customer/product support role? Are you technically minded or have a recent IT degree? If so then you may be the product support executive we are looking for. I am looking for a product support executive to join my client on a permanent basis in London.
What will you be doing?
As a product support executive, you will sit within the customer support function working with colleagues to resolve issues raised by end users of the platforms. This role will also involve elements of product management, working with the product development and management team to update and maintain platform content and processes for the webbased portals. The product is an online award winning web based employee recognition platform so any experience working with software or online portals would be highly desirable for this position.
- A few years experience in a customer/product support (ideally within an online technical product environment) or a recent highperforming graduate with an interest in product and customer support and product management.
- Exceptional written and verbal skills
- Ability to covey complex technical topics and processes with simplicity
