An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Control Room Administrator to join Kingdom Services Group, working at our Head Office in Newton-Le-Willows, Merseyside.

You will need to have a minimum of 1 years' experience in a similar role.

Reports to: Data Management Team

Location: Newton le Willows

Primary Objective: To work in a control room environment to complete administration support tasks

Skill Base Requirements

Essential Experience

  • Administration background / experience

General

  • Organised

  • Stickler for the detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks

  • Holds excellent appropriate IT skills

  • Be a team player as well as working independently

Responsibilities

Examples shown are not exhaustive and may include any other reasonable duties:

Administration

Customer Reports

  • MRI weekly hours reconciliation

  • SLA supporting data

3rd Party Management:

  • Preferred supplier status (accept / remove)

  • Appropriate checks (references, credit, ACS status, insurance)

  • Charge rate control

  • Managing performance & investigate complaints

  • Invoice and order form reconciliation

  • Purchase orders

Pay query reconciliation support

Data mapping:

  • Google Maps to shows contracts & employees to support manning coverage and tenders.

General data management desk administration support
