ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER / ASSISTANT LEISURE MANAGER

NEW OPENING for a renowned hospitality/leisure chain that operate from over 100 locations across the United Kingdom.

  • Excellent package £20 25k basic with an OTE of £28k+.

  • THE ROLE
    Along with the General Manger you will accountable for the day to day operation of your site. This will involve the day to day management of the unit as well as managing Corporate Events, Exhibitions, Hospitality Events and dealing with the general public. You must be able to organise the daily routine, ensuring all staff are focused on key points and excel in the deliverance of the high levels of customer service required. You must have management experience as you will be responsible for this high performing and successful unit.

    Leisure goers today want an individual and interesting environment, providing comfort, premium facilities, excellent catering and an atmosphere that still beats any other night outwith this in mind; the successful candidate must be a confident, outgoing individual with a passion for customer service. You will have worked within the Leisure, Retail or Hospitality sector, preferably for a BRANDED company in a management capacity, therefore, used to interfacing with the public. You will also need to be a polished individual, as you will be required to deal with corporate companies in assisting with various exhibitions and events. You must be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills, be a good communicator, effective organizer & delegator with the ability to plan out the day and week. Enthusiasm is a MUST. Your genuine enthusiasm must be delivered with humour, professionalism and a touch of human warmth.
