Web & E-commerce Marketing Executive
An exciting opportunity has arisen at Inspired Pet Nutrition Ltd, IPN, leading FMCG manufacturer of pet foods. a strong family heritage we are an ambitious, successful and entrepreneurial business, Inspired Pet Nutrition (IPN). Manufacturing over 300 pet food SKU’s we have 3 core market leading brands – Wagg, Harringtons and recently launched Ninteen87.
During the last 15 years we have made over £55m capital investment delivering huge changes in the supply chain footprint. We have invested in our site at Dalton, Thirsk and our site in Kinmel, North Wales to ensure we are ready for further opportunities and growth.
We are looking for an experienced Web & E•Commerce executiveto assist in the planning, execution and optimisation of our online marketing efforts.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things digital and technology, with a provenbackground in E•commerce. You will be tech•savvy and intuitive, with great ideas to reinforce our marketing campaigns. An all rounder with either agency or client•side experience. Must have experience in managing direct to Consumer E•commerce platforms, and navigating Content Management Systems.
The role will be reporting to the Head of in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers
•Plan and monitor and manage the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook etc.)
•Launch optimised online paid adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc.
•Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimisation etc.)
•Email Marketing experience.
•Manage multiple websites – CMS management
•Collaborate with designers and developers to improve user experience
•Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)
•Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up•to•date
•Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors
To be considered for the role, we are looking for the following skills and expertise;
•Proven experience as Web & E•commerce exec in a similar role
•Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
•Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM, PPC
•Working knowledge of ad serving tools
•Excellent knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends etc.)
•Skills and experience in creative content writing
•Analytical mindset and critical thinking
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•CMS management – Proven experience of managing e•commerce websites. (payment gateways, orders, stock, etc) Direct to Consumer (D2C)
•An understanding of UX – Basket optimisation, AB testing etc
•Excellent knowledge of Excel and reporting.
•£20,000 • £25,000 Depending on Experience
