Seeking a bright and dedicated individual to join their company as a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant. The person selected for this role will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including but not limited to:

Answering phones/screening calls

Greeting visitors and vendors

Arranging travel (flights, hotel, car rentals) and car service

Placing food orders for meetings

Entering names for building security and service requests

Maintaining company-wide calendar/conference rooms

Ordering office supplies

Maintaining and ordering kitchen supplies

Managing FedEx and messenger service

Sorting and distributing mail

Desired Skills & Experience:

The ideal candidate will possess a combination of the following attributes:

Must have at least one-two years of work experience in an office environment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Acute attention to detail

Organized and punctual

Friendly demeanor

Strong relationship building skills to communicate with internal team and executive level management to gather/convey relevant information

Demonstrated dependability and sense of urgency about getting results

Interest in the financial services sector is a plus Administrative Assistant/Receptionist
