*Bela Recruitment *is currently seeking a *Customer Service Representative (Business/Customer Support Executive - Office Based) *to work in *Dungannon, , Northern Ireland.*

*Responsibilities*

You will play a vital role in supporting the growth of the business and ensuring excellent levels of customer service. You will need a background of providing excellent customer services, daily use of Microsoft Outlook and Excel, and the ability to work independently and with others.

• Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face, this will also include Key Account Management and possibly some Project Management,

• Help customers use our online portal and process orders.

• Account administration including pick note creation, reports, stock/order adjustments, order entry, and processing exchanges.

• Learn how to utilise our databases to improve customer satisfaction.

• Internal and external reporting.

• Oversight of operations to ensure client SLAs are being achieved.

• Work with other departments to provide support and meet deadlines.

• This job will require multi-tasking, problem-solving and using your initiative to solve complex issues at times, however, the business will ensure you have the opportunity to learn the job and grow your skills.

*Requirements*

• Customer Service Representative experience or similar experience gained in a commercial setting with problem-solving and multi-tasking duties.

• Informative and friendly attitude, providing support via calls and email.

• Record of over-achieving.

• Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Able to work strongly in a team, or independently.

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel and willing to learn the in-house system.

• GCSEs (minimum of 4 at grade C or above, including Maths and English) or equivalent qualifications or experience.
