We are currently seeking a Sales Desk Process & Compliance Manager , based at our Head Office in Newton-Le-Willows.

Job Purpose / Primary Objective:

Manage process and compliance of a field and internal sales team

Position - Skill base requirements

Experience (essential)

  • Proven ability and a minimum of 3 years' experience leading and actively managing within a similar work environment at a similar level (a distinct advantage) and seeking long term employment

  • Minimum GCSE English & Maths qualifications (Grade B+)

  • Experience of using a sales CRM system

  • Disciplined, adaptable, hardworking, passionate & determined

  • Understands the importance of customer service through excellent verbal, written communication, influencing and engagement skills.

  • Strong organisation, planning, time management skills with high attention to detail and an ability to plan, prioritise to meet timescales/deadlines

  • PC literate with intermediate MS Office level skills, in particular word and excel for this role.

  • A fast learner motivated to drive your own personal development and willing to develop new skills and undertake responsibility.

  • SA06 - how we do business manual 5%

  • BS form control 1%

  • SA04 - Kingdom service contract 7%

  • SA09 - Commission payment control 1%

  • SA15 - Contract review form 3%

  • SA16 - Event attendance 1%

  • Sales reports 10%

  • Contract extensions & novation 2%

  • Master software user - 10%

  • CRM

  • MINT analytics

  • Lead generation software

  • Calendars & Meetings - 5%

  • Daily WhatsApp group and outlook calendar compliance 2%

  • Weekly sales team meeting 1% & monthly sales strategy meeting 2%

TEAM MANAGEMENT - 10%

  • Recruit and implement the appropriate skill set and headcount structure to be competent, compliant, confident and empowered
  • Colleague retention through excellent support, performance and target appraisals and personal development to enhance their skill set
  • Lead from the front

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES - 5%

  • Dept stationary control
  • Subcontractor control
  • Regular personal performance progress reporting (monthly) against job description
