HR & Payroll Assistant
£20000 - £23000 per annum
We are working with a well-established business near Norwich Airport to recruit a HR and Payroll Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis. This award-winning business has a requirement for an experienced Payroll professional who has worked in a similar role involving assisting the HR team with day to day administration whilst completing the monthly Payroll input.
The key duties for this role include:
- Ensure accurate HR and Payroll records
- Assist with daily HR administration
- Complete monthly payroll input and collation
- Assist with project work within HR
They are looking for:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Strong IT skills including office and database systems
- Good communication skills
- Prioritisation and time management
- Clear understanding of confidentiality and discretion
