1ST LINE SUPPORT ANALYST £30K PUBLIC SECTOR LONDON
Required strong in the support and 1st line issues on a variety of systems such as Windows and MAC. Strong in documentation and working in an SLA and ITIL environments for my large scale enterprise client.
This is a great opportunity to provide effective 1st line service for customers and users, resolving incidents and requests quickly or assigning to suitable 2nd and 3rd line support when necessary.
To apply you will have good experience in the following:
*Experience in a 1st line support team providing technical support across a large multisite environment
*Experience supporting a mixed platform environment between Windows and MAC.
*Working within a structured SLA and ITIL driven environment
*Being a point of technical escalation for colleagues within the team; being able to resolve nonstandard complex IT issues and queries
*Being confident in acting as a deputy, in the absence of team leaders
