We are a key service provider to the automotive industry and now have an exciting opportunity for a Legal Administrator to join our team at Porsche Business Excellence.
The main aim of the Legal Administrator will be assuming responsibility for providing administrative support across the department’s various functions, including legal, compliance, company secretarial and the group insurance programme.
As our Legal Department Administrator, you will be responsible for:
* Deliver proactive, professional support to the Head of Legal, including diary management and organising appointments.
* Meet and greet all external visitors in a professional manner.
* Proactively prepare / organize documentation and / or briefings.
* Devise and maintain appropriate office systems, including data management and filing.
* Prepare PowerPoint presentations for the Head of Legal.
* Arrange all necessary travel and hotel accommodation.
* Production and amendment of letters and legal documents such as contracts and court documents.
* Copying, scanning, emailing and processing documents.
* Working in SAP, Microsoft Outlook, MS Word, MS Powerpoint and MS Excel and the Legal Department’s document management system .
* Dealing with internal and external enquiries.
* Processing expenses claims on behalf of the Head of Legal.
* To open, monitor and close new matters and manage legal matters database.
* To maintain an effective filing, archiving and information system for the Legal Department.
* Managing office supplies and stationery.
* Preparation of travel abroad authorization letters and insurance green cards.
* Preparation of legal provision reports based on Zurich monthly claims report.
* Administration of insurance certificate posting and distribution.
In order to be successful in this role you must have:
* At least 2 years’ experience in an administrator role.
* It would be great if you had experience in a legal environment but this is not essential.
* A business degree, ideally in business administration.
* Have good organisation and time management skills.
