We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join us in our Norwich office, on a Full Time and Permanent Basis.
In this role you will provide first class customer service to our customers that purchase domestic heating oil from Certas Energy. You will support our sales teams in maximising customer retention, and deal with customer queries and complaints.
Demonstrating excellent written and verbal communication skills, you will resolve inbound customer queries and ensure customer data is kept up to date to improve efficiencies and reduce queries. In order to enable us to continuously improve, you will pro-actively call customers to review our service delivery.

We’re looking for:
- Previous experience in a customer service based role
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Ability to handle customer objections and complaints
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Good organisation skills and ability to prioritise
- Empathy and professionalism when dealing with customers
