This role is ideal for an ambitious person with an excellent command of english.
You duties will involve much more than simply ensuring that the office runs smoothly.
At the top of standard office manager duties such as:
* credit control
* XERO reconciliation
* coordinating appointments and meetings
* producing reports, composing correspondence, and drafting new contracts
you will also be responsible for business development duties such as:
* Contacting potential clients
* Planning and overseeing marketing activities
* Search for new business opportunities.
* Increasing the fees generated by current customers while attracting new ones.
* Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
* Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
* Developing goals for the team and ensuring they are met.
* Training personnel and helping team members to develop their skills.
You will have at least one year of experience in a similar role.
The ideal candidate must have a positive attitude and a friendly, approachable manner. You will have good organisational skills, and ability to learn quickly and work well under minimal supervision
