Job Description
Our Client based in Rickmansworth who are a rapidly growing multi award winning business specialising in Vehicle Distribution are looking for a Customer Services Consultant to join them on a 12 month contract that could lead into a permanent position
This position will be situated within the Maple Cross (Hertfordshire) Office when Covid has lifted but open to home based one or two days a week going forward.
The the main focus is to provide exceptional Customer service to clients on a daily basis managing the cycle from Customer Order through to delivery and to communicate with all parties throughout the process.
Salary & Benefits
* Up to £28k per annum (DOE)
* Full time - Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:15
* Free parking, Pension.

Duties and Responsibilities
* Proactively manage the orders from factory through to handover (. Dealer - Customer)
* Communicating with all relevant parties ( Dealership, Direct Supply Actors, Client)
* Passion for providing exceptional customer services
* Monitoring, prioritising , following up and communicating to all teams of order status
* Managing the in-house vehicle stock system and updating on a daily basis
* Ensuring all operational procedures and processes are adopted throughout internal systems
* Assist with roll out of new vehicle launch product to the dealer network
* Investigating all customer queries and resolving in a timely fashion.
* Managing pipeline, import centre and distribution

* Excellent Microsoft office and excel skills.
* Numerate and Commercially Savvy
* Ability to adapt and work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
* Have the ability to prioritise changing demands business critical vs day to day.
* Communicating on various social media platforms
* Excellent Administration skills
* Experience within Supply chain, Distribution or Logistics.
* Must be able to liaise with various departments internally (In the alliance Renault head office, the network, suppliers and customers.
