The role You will be supporting the management of a Digital Portfolio process that creates amazing customer experiences to millions of customers. You will be part of a team using Agile at Scale to deliver results – fast, and one that isn’t afraid to pivot. You will work closely with the Agile Portfolio Lead to support business cost and benefit tracking and reporting across Products and strategic Initiatives. You will plan and implement key events across the 150 people in our online & engineering teams, to support delivery. You will embody Lean-Agile principles, continually iterating processes so that they are driving the right results for eCommerce and our digital delivery teams. Key Responsibilities Plan, lead and Implement PI Planning event across Development teams (multi-location) as well as other support Agile Release Train ceremonies (including, Product Board, Inspect & Adapt, mid-PI checkpoint) Support content creation & consolidation for the Digital Product Board, Portfolio Board, triage meetings, and maintain Portfolio Board Kanbans (including Risks & Issues, Portfolio demand management) Support the creation of yearly planning, budgeting and cost (Capex & Opex) submissions across the Digital Portfolio, as well as supporting & auditing business benefits reporting and tracking across Products and strategic Initiatives Maintain & update the Digital Portfolio Roadmap and other communication material Reviewing, consolidating & summarising the Portfolio Weekly Status Report Support Program Increment Delivery through the monitoring of KPIs and metrics Champion Lean-Agile ways of working as part of the Lean Agile Centre of Excellence including organisation of training, external speakers, lunch & learn sessions etc Deliver Portfolio communication strategy across online & engineering teams (including monthly newsletter, regular internal social network posts) Align waterfall and Scaled Agile Framework® project management principles, to support Project Managers and Release Train Engineers to delivery cross functional Initiatives . Skills & Experience Experience using Agile and Scrum methodologies High level of organisation and attention to detail Strong Event planning and management skills Iterative mindset – proactively identifying areas of repetition of waste, and confident in proposing solutions Good problem-solving skills and ability to filter and prioritise information Clear communicator and able to liaise with stakeholders across the business to facilitate Scaled Agile delivery Strong financial acumen Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills Excellent presenting skills Beyond that, we'll be with you every step of the way, enabling you to get the most out of your role.
