Robinson Page are proud to be working with a highly sought after homeware and gifting company.

You will be responsible for manging their key independent accounts, including Selfridges, Dobbies and Blue Diamond, implementing a sound Sales & Marketing plan to develop the business and drive growth.

These accouns are Nationwide so travel will be expected.

Looking after a team of 7 Sales staff, you will define the direction they take, and mentor and develop their sales skills.

You will report directly into the MD, who has a clear exit plan, giving great opportunities for the right candidate moving forwards.

Main responsibilities:

* Manage their large buying groups and independends

* Agree a marketing plan

* Create a solid, strategic business plan

* Attend trade shows as and when required

* Help to create a product plan

* Take charge of 7 sales people across the UK & Ireland

* Provide accurate and timely forecasts for the business

Ideal profile:

* Experience of managing major UK customers at a Head Office & Regional Level

* Managed a sales team

* Good communication and relationship building skills

* Ablility to form long term business plans and implement them

* Be the face of the business

* Strong financial analytical skills

* Worked in Housewares or Gifting Industries
