We are currently looking to recruit a Customer Services Coordinator for Steadmans in our busy Carlisle site, to enhance the customer services team and provide a dedicated link between the business and CSB to ensure that all orders are dispatched on time, in full and that all direct deliveries are communicated accurately and in a timely manner to the CSB network.

What does the role involve?
As Customer Services Coordinator, you will be part of the process for ensuring the efficient communication within all Steadmans departments, including planning, production, sales, purchasing and transport. You'll ensure that communication with the CSB distribution network is accurate and timely and underpin accurate communication with internal and external sales teams. You'll ensure all orders for CSB distributors are completed before dispatch and liaise with suppliers to communicate accurate due dates of all direct deliveries. The successful candidate will also participate in key projects on a range of activities as required.

To be considered for this role, candidates should have the following skills and experience:

The proven ability work in a faced paced environment with a keen eye for detail and is used to working to tight deadlines

Good working knowledge of basic computer systems - Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Excellent spoken and written communication skills; confident and skilled in communicating with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
A creative approach to problem solving involving a range of stakeholders
Strong analytical and project management skill
Ideally the candidate will have some understanding of SAP but training will be given to the right person
