Work with HR Manager and other members of the management team in ensuring talent mapping and succession planning is kept up to date and prioritised as part of the wider organisation talent development aims and objectives;
Implement creative talent attraction methods and channels;
Support hiring managers with screening of candidates and interview logistics.
Experience and understanding of Apprenticeship schemes and using this talent pool to the benefit of the organisation;
Influence managers to appropriately utilise apprentices and drive utilisation. Manage expectations and ensure managers understand apprentices’ level of experience and training.
Visit nurseries as appropriate, to allow relationship building and aid forward planning
Provide metric reports to management to team to aid decision-making

Understanding of UK Employment Law and best practices
Proven track record as an in-house recruiter or agency consultant
Experience in filling permanent role vacancies
Experience with recruiting in education or care sectors
