Group Finance Business Partner- Leading Food Group – Cambridgeshire
I am currently working with a fantastic business who are growing at phenomenal rate and because of that growth, are now seeking a dynamic Group Finance Business Partner to join their finance team at Head Office.
The Group Finance Business Partner will report directly to the Group financial controller and will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial support and financial insight to the Senior Leadership team, challenging their thinking, and support them in making business decisions and driving strategy.
The Group finance Business Partner will liaise closely with senior stakeholders across the business and will have direct exposure to the CFO and finance director.
The Group Finance Business Partner will be responsible for developing strategic business plans, budgets and forecasts for group services and providing robust financial support, analysis and insight for capital spend requests, investment appraisals and corporate development opportunities, including options, scenarios, and risks.
The Group Finance Business Partner will be a fully ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualified accountant or qualified experience and will have experience in a large organisation with multiple business units/divisions.
The successful candidate must have strong analytical skills, attention to detail and commercial awareness. They must be a confident communicator with good interpersonal skills and the ability to influence decisions makers. The Group Finance Business partner role will need someone who is self-motivated and work under pressure.
