Customer Support Specialist level 1
£25000 - £26000 per annum
FINTEC recruit is seeking a Customer Support Specialist Level 1, for our media client in London. This is a permanent position with salary £25,000 £26000. Able to work shift patterns, including weekends and night shifts working in a contact centre environment. You will be tech savvy and an interest in sports an advantage.
- Support Customers with content distribution platforms
- Advanced troubleshooting supporting customers
- Working internally with content delivery teams to achieve results
- Dealing with live video and data
Key skills and experience for the Customer Support Specialist:
- Experience in a B2B / B2C contact centre environment.
- Experience of working with ticketing systems such as Zendesk.
- Microsoft Office inc. Outlook, & Google Docs.
- Digital customer contact experience, preferably within a streaming or sports environment.
- Experience troubleshooting Android & iOS device issues.
- Working knowledge of sports websites desirable
