Tradewind Recruitment are currently looking for a friendly, fun and enthusiastic TA/LSA who has experience working with SEND pupils either as part of small groups or on a one to one basis. We are currently working with a number of local schools, who know they will require SEN support for some of their most vulnerable children from September / October but are unable to appoint anyone this side of the summer holidays due to funding and potential changes to pupils on roll. As a result of this, they will come directly to Tradewind Recruitment at the end of August / early September and ask us to provide suitable individuals to start at very short notice in the Autumn Term. These opportunities run from September 2018 across the academic year and the salary on offer is £6080 per day depending on experience. The successful SEN TA / SEN LSA will need to be able to support pupils that may have challenging behaviour, specific learning difficulties or EHCPs. With support from other members of staff, activities will be set by the teacher, and you will support pupils with their progress and attainment.
