As a Transport FLM you will be responsible for leading functional teams and optimising day to day performance, so that business targets are met or exceeded through outstanding people management skill. Recent graduate in Psychology or Sociology Exploring SEND Workshop SEND Schools throughout Rochester Timeplan Education are excited to be recruiting Graduates with Psychology, Sociology, or Sport Science degrees for our highly regarded Exploring SEND. If you are a graduate with an interest in working as a SEND Teaching Assistant in the Rochester area or considering a future in teaching but unsure of what type of setting you wish to work in, then our Workshop will give you an insight in to working within a SEND setting. Our SEND specialist will deliver an Introduction to working with children and young adults with special needs as a Teaching Assistant. If you are considering a career as a Teaching Assistant or teaching, and our Exploring SEND workshop interests you, then you will be required to attend a 1day workshop. The session will last up to 5hours and will cover different areas of SEND such as working with pupils with PMLD, Autism and Down Syndrome.
