The property is set near a small market town but also offers plenty of amenities nearby including a train station. Although the pace of the property is somewhat slower than other the demands and standards required in the kitchen will require a Sous Chef who is; ? Willing to listen and implement the standards set by the Head Chef whilst also being forthcoming with ideas. ? Organised ? with the ability to work at a high intensity level ? Flexible in their approach ? Has the ability to train and mentor junior chef through personal development ?
