Assistant Quantity Surveyor Northampton £25k £30k Are you a passionate Assistant quantity surveyor and looking for an exciting new role? Coulter Elite Resourcing are currently looking for an Assistant quantity surveyor to work with one of their wellestablished and very successful clients based in Northampton working as part of their Construction team. In this position you will be offering support to the Contracts Manager/Construction Director overseeing varying sized commercial and retail projects of a construction or refurbishment nature. Principle Responsibilities: Daily communication with subcontractors and suppliers inviting them to tender and answer enquiries. Working alongside Contracts Managers, site agents and suppliers regarding price, proven history, availability etc. Create and process all documentation relating subcontractor payments and accounts. Create bill of quantity/activity schedule for payment purposes. Produce cash flow forecasts for internal and client purposes. Produce relevant monthly reports for the Contracts Manager e.g. cost and value comparisons, turnover forecasts etc. ensuring information is complete and accurate. Attend progress meetings with the client engineers and subcontractors as required. Work to strict deadlines to ensure all projects are managed efficiently. Person specification: Commercial awareness and understanding of the Construction process Previous quantity surveyor work experience Negotiation skills and ability to apply those skills internally and externally Be able to prioritise, plan and organise workloads whilst in a busy environment Good communication and inter personnel skills This is a full time permanent Assistant quantity surveyor position, working Monday to Friday, 9am 5pm, offering an annual salary between £25k £30k plus annual company benefits to include a 21 days holiday plus bank holidays, company vehicle. Digital Project Manager Wellingborough A fantastic position has arisen within an industry leading and global B2B manufacturing company based in Wellingborough, who are seeking a Digital Project Manager to join their relatively small but expanding team. They are looking for a passionate digital marketeer to be responsible for defining, aligning and executing the digital marketing strategy for the business, on a European scale. You will ensure that the strategy is in line with their multiple brands, monitor digital activities, KPIs, and conduct performance analysis.
