The firm are looking for a Conveyancing Assistant to join their Wakefield office and the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 months’ experience working in a similar Conveyancing Assistant role and have previously dealt with SDLT online and the Land Registry portal. The successful Conveyancing Assistant will be working on a bespoke case management system and you will have experience of working with clients from instructions through to post completion. The successful Conveyancing Assistant will be able to understand the full transaction and support a Fee Earner with their busy caseload.
