leading global recruitment company in Glasgow are seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team. If you can demonstrate experience of work in an accounts environment and are willing to study towards recognised accounting qualifications, then you could be the Accounts Payable Clerk were looking for. What will you be doing? As an Accounts Payable Clerk youll be dealing with the Accounts Payable inbox, processing supplier invoices and employee expenses. Youll also review weekly reporting for direct debits, agreed creditors, payment exceptions and transaction timelines whilst ensuring that Direct Debits are reconciled and cleared before month end close. Approved Date 25/01/2##### ######Key Responsibilities What skills/experience should you have? Previous experience in an accounts environment SAP Accounts Payable experience (preferable) Good MS Excel experience necessary (VLOOKUPS, SUMIF, Pivot Tables) Excellent customer service skills Excellent organisational and time management skills Be willing to work towards a recognised accounting qualification As an Accounts Payable Clerk, youll be joining SThree, a global recruitment organisation at their new office in Glasgow.
