The team compromises both qualified and non-qualified fee earners, each have full support from administrators and secretaries. Their focus is to deal with defendant insurance work that have allegations of Fraud attached. This position will be based in Liverpool city centre and will be in the head office. The role will see you manage a caseload of circa 100 files with a mix of freehold & leasehold transactions for sales & purchase, right to buy, new build, transfer of equity, shared ownership and equity release matters. Work will range from low to high value, so prior experience of dealing with complex transactions will be beneficial. Ideally you will have gained at minimum of 1 2 years as a qualified conveyancer (Solicitor OR Legal Executive) and have the ability to run your own unsupervised caseload.
