Holt JCB is the JCB distributor throughout the South West and Wales. The primary function of the role will be to ensure all service calls are validated and invoiced in line with company procedures, you will need to work with the parts and service team to achieve the set targets. As part of the aftermarket team, you will receive incoming calls and be the customers first point of contact and you will be required to communicate effectively with customers and direct them to the correct person. Purpose of role: Ensure all service calls are validated and invoiced in line with company processes and policies. Calls are invoiced on a regular basis to keep company work in progress levels consistently low and in line with expected levels. Key Responsibilities: Check all service calls are correct and are in line with company policies prior to validating the call. Raise retail invoices and post to customers.
