(SASS) Pensions Administrator Responsibilities: Processing client and advisors instructions efficiently and accurately adhering to implemented standards set by the company and ensure confidentiality and discretion Processing new client applications including; registration with HMRC, SSAS bank account, organisation of initial transfers and/ or employee contributions Reconciling pension scheme bank account transactions and ensuring to maintain accurate records Processing standard/ quoted investments and nonstandard investments Dealing with payment requests i.e. property expenses and advisor fees Providing assistance with the submission of quarterly and VAT returns to HMRC Processing benefit requests and pension reviews Responsible for registration and scheme maintenance Processing annual Pension Scheme Returns and SelfAssessment Tax Returns to HMRC (SSAS) Pensions Administrator Key Skills: Previous experience working with a financial service environment Knowledge of SSAS desirable Strong administration experience Great motivational skills Supportive and a great team player Strong written and verbal communication skills IT Literate Flexible and adaptable If you are interested in this role, please contact Rosie at red on ##### ######.
