Job Title: BI Analyst Location: Newmarket Salary: Generous package Job Type: Full Time, Permanent Purpose of the Role: The purpose of the role is to provide a suite of Business Intelligence tools that will enable measurement and compliance of the internal business systems, help drive efficiency within operational delivery and industry data flow management. Therefore, the post holder will need to acquire industry and business knowledge to identify trends that will improve our business. They will use this knowledge combined with a technical skill to communicate these trends and develop tools that will help improve processes and methods of working to develop the business. The post holder should be able to produce quality documentation to support projects, change management and product development. Using the subject matter expertise gained, we also expect the post holder to use their analyst skill, in collaboration with the Business Support Team and our parent company developers to help deliver new software that will reduce costs and improve working practices. We also expect the post holder to work closely with, and on a day to day level, manage relationships with a handful of key system suppliers while maintaining and managing our internal database systems and data structures. The role is based in Newmarket; although and small amount of national travel may be required to meet with internal teams or customers.
