Working within the Business Systems and Support department the Business Analyst will be responsible for responsible for gathering user requirements, combining the associated data and analysing trends to gain insight that will support key stakeholders to make decisions on areas of improvement. Responsibilities - Business Analyst - Work with the Sales and Marketing team, Heads of Digital Strategy, Engagement and Enrolments to develop and manage key reporting to demonstrate ROI across key performance indicators - Track performance and ROI to gain insights into campaign performance and customer behaviour - Report on performance of media plans for the brands departments, centres of expertise and outreach programs - Champion changes to operations and processes to create a better customer journey, and report on performance. - Lead workshops to gather KPI's, reporting and dashboard requirements with various stakeholders - Discovery of data that is required and using ETL to produce reporting dashboards where required - Propose features to enhance the customer journey, informed by sound data analysis, making use of AB testing software and understand sub metrics that feed into new and repeat customer growth - Identify process enhancements and make recommendations to the Head of Business Intelligence and Improvement Required Skills - Business Analyst - A capable business partner, able to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across our Schools, Centres of Excellence, Finance, HR and IT. - A solid understanding of Google Analytics is desired to ensure that we are optimizing how we use GA to effectively measure marketing and sales activities - Knowledge of relational databases including SQL, Oracle and MS Access - Degree qualified is advantageous although not essential for the role - Significant experience within a similar role ideally within an organisation dealing with multiple stakeholders or product teams - Solution focussed and a problem solver possessing effective time management skills - Proven experience with Google squared, Adwords or Analytics qualifications advantageous - Hands on experience in ETL activities - Proficient user of MS Office including a high standard of Excel - Experience in process improvement and implementation and data visualisation tools, such as Tableau, Power BI or Qlik Sense are eseential - Previous experience with writing user stories, working with paid social channels - Ability to work with creative and media planning agencies for ATL activity As our Business Analyst you will bring passion and drive to the role, a solution focussed approach and first class communication skills.
