An exciting opportunity for an Apprentice to work their way up within the business covering all aspects of IT Support from hardware, maintenance to warranty support. With training and support your duties will include: Offering telephone IT Support, referring on to appropriate additional support services where required Supporting with hardware repairs and maintenance e.g. PC, laptops, Printers, Mobile devices Pre sales technical and hardware support Aftersales care and warranty management Desired skills Competent in Microsoft Office Good telephone skills Data input skills Good verbal and written communication skills Personal qualities Enjoy working with computers and want to make it a career while training in an employed environment Learn better by a practical approach Practical Have a keen interest in technology Be flexible and willing to travel if required Self-motivated Desired qualifications You ideally need 5 x GCSE's A*-C, or 9-4, or equivalent to include maths and English One grade D/3 in either maths or English may be accepted Future prospects Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship you could be offered: Permanent position at the end of the apprenticeship.
