The client we are recruiting for is a very reputable medium sized scaffolding contractor who have been established for over 20 years! We are looking for a bright, vibrant and proactive individual to join there ever expanding team and to continue to support and help the business grow. The candidate we are looking for will be taking on a large amount of responsibility and will be a key part in ensuring the day to day business runs smoothly. Some of these responsibilities will be; Admin support for the Managers Transport Management Ensuring Guys on site are up to date with Health & Safety and making sure they have the correct tickets Procurement of all PPE / Stationary and office supplies Speaking directly with clients, taking quotations and giving clients back valuations and sending out invoices (Full support and training is provided) The selected candidate will be responsible for many different aspects of the business and plays an essential part around the office in taking the pressure from the other managers this role has the scope to be more of an office Managers role than an office assistant.
