We are currently recruiting for an M&E / Building Services Quantity Surveyor to join a professional Chartered Quantity Surveying and Project Management practice based in the City of London. Due to a number of recent project wins and continued success, they now require another M&E/BS QS to join the team. Our client work on a wide variety of projects from £1M in value up to £50M. The role can be tailored to suit either someone with a few years experience behind them or a Senior Surveyor. Private practice experience will be required, ideally coming with a smaller practice. It is envisaged that the successful candidate will be Chartered with the RICS, or at least working towards this. It is also important that the candidate is capable of working on numerous projects simultaneously.
