We have a new opportunity for a Building surveyor to work with an independently owned Building and Property Consultancy in Birmingham city centre. This firms focus is very much the relationship with the client for them the client absolutely comes first and they believe the future growth of the firm will come from providing a first rate service to the client. Were looking for a similar focus in the Building Surveyor that will join them. They aim to deliver innovative yet practice solutions and have successfully built a loyal base of key clients in doing this. Their clients are chiefly investors, developers, fund managers or occupiers and they provide a very comprehensive range of Building Surveying and Project Management services. Within the Building Consultancy team just over half the work is currently contract administration with the remaining work including dilapidations, pre acquisition surveys, PPM, party wall and a variety of other professional surveying services. We are ideally looking for a Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS) although we would be able to consider experienced Building Surveyors who would aim to achieve this shortly after joining. Client facing private practice or consultancy experience is certainly preferred although again for the right experience this isnt essential. We are though looking for someone with the right client focus and passion about delivering high standards.
