Operating in both the public and private sectors, our client have a proven, awardwinning, track record in both local & regional markets and now require a Building Surveyor to join the team due to continued growth. The successful Building Surveyor will be carrying out a range of duties revolving around advising clients on the design and construction of buildings, as well as condition, maintenance and repair. Day to day duties will include, but not be limited to, preparing scheme designs with costings, programmes for completion of projects & specification of works, preparing designs, specifications & documents for tender, advising on appointing contractors & designers and procurement routes, identifying and analysing defects in existing buildings, advising on the H&S aspects of buildings, and instructing on CDM regulations.
