Our Client: Well established family run Architectural and Surveying practice Projects: Residential, Commercial and Industrial Company Headcount: 1##### ######The role of the Building Surveyor: Working on CAD to prepare drawings such as elevations & plans in preparation of planning applications to clients brief including having a design input on such plans. Preparation and submission of Planning Applications according to client brief and management of such including handling Appeals. Attend site and prepare defect reports on minor and major building repair matters. Prepare specification of works for minor and major building repair matters. Contract Management of minor and major works for a range of projects including routine cyclical works, new builds and conversions. Regular correspondence with clients, suppliers and others.
