Perform data analysis to meet agreed objectives, providing data reports and summarising results and meanings to stakeholders in a clear, unambiguous and easy to digest manner. Provide Product, Sales, Marketing and Account Management with the insights, trends and summaries to support press releases and customer engagement initiatives to drive value realisation and retention. Support Product Innovation through proactively seeking and initiating innovative growth opportunities and supporting the evaluation of innovation concepts through data analysis and insights. Improve customers perception of the value of our solutions and services through the timely delivery of data and reports to support case resolution.
