We are now looking for an Inside Sales Executive to join our team in Kent and help to promote our products and increase our market share. Your Rewards - Basic salary of £17,000 (rising after probation) - Commission structure delivering OTE of £28,000 - 25 days’ holiday This fantastic role will see you working from an existing database to continue relationships with customers or bring them back on board. There’s no cold-calling of ‘potential’ leads or tracking down that elusive contact, you’ll be given an up-to-date call list of customers who are waiting to hear from you. Your Role As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be tasked with growing sales within the animal health sector by converting warm leads and previous customers into functional, profitable accounts. You’ll be generating new business by awakening dormant accounts and taking on warm customers from an existing database, selling new products to current customers, following-up sales orders and making support calls to customers. This engaging, all encompassing role does not involve cold-calling and will be dealing with an existing or dormant customer base who have successfully used the solutions before. Specifically, you will: - Join a team consisting of Account Managers and field-based sales staff - Contact customers from a warm list - Introduce promotions for products - Respond to customer service enquiries - Make calls to prospective customers About You To be considered as an Inside Sales Executive, you will need: - Experience gained within a telephone-based role such as telesales, customer services or within a call centre - An outstanding and professional telephone manner - The ability to deliver excellent customer service - The desire to succeed Ideal candidates will also have B2B sales experience, however this is by no means essential.
