The Role: We are recruiting a behalf of a wellestablished car dealership based in Loughborough, who are looking for an experienced Car Sales Executive to join a successful Used Car Sales team. We are looking for a Car Sales Executive with a proven track record of successfully converting sale opportunities into new business through follow up calls, inbound calls and walk in prospects. Key Duties: To promote of the dealerships services and products through engaging with customers in branch OR through sales call to new and existing customers and clients. Customer facing and first point of contact for any sale enquiry from members of the public visiting the dealership to incoming emails and telephone calls. The ability to identify new business opportunities on a day to day basis whilst remaining a selfmotived and positive member of the team. To build customer relations and communicate clearly, offering the best possible customer service and experience for each and every customer. Accurately log and collect all customer contacts and vehicle information correctly in order to build you own database. Generate new business opportunities through telesales calls to new and existing service customers on the approved databased. Key Requirements: A proven track record of working in the Motor Industry ideally as a Car Sales Executive A selfmotived, open, honestly and friendly individual shall be required for this position due to the nature of role i.e. working with members of public. Determined to achieve and hit sale targets and company goals. Skilled in using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM systems, essential that you have experience in using CDK Drive Dealer Management System. Ability to work as part of a team and support members of staff however, focused and organised to ensure own person targets are being achieved. Excellent customer service via telephone and customer facing. Selfconfident in interacting and selling products and services through the support of ongoing systems and product training.
