One of our Engineering clients based in Wolverhampton are urgently recruiting for an additional 3 x MIG/TIG Welders due to expansions and securing additional contracts. Main duty will be to MIG and TIG weld Hydraulic Cylinders and Cylinder liners for various industries including construction, automotive etc. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience; Able to MIG and TIG weld to a high standard Will ideally be coded. Previous experience welding medium and heavy gauge steels. Able to read/work from engineering drawings. This is an ongoing position with an immediate start available that will lead to permanent for the right candidate upon completion of a 12 week probationary period. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 6am2pm/2pm10pm on weekly rotating shifts and overtime is available but not essential. Rate of pay is between £11.76 and £13.08 per hour depending on experience. Civil Engineer Wolverhampton Up to £42,000 per year + Excellent Benefits Package An established multi disciplinary consultancy are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer with a minimum of 3 years experience in a Civil Engineering infrastructure design post, working within a consultancy to join their team in Wolverhampton. About the Role The purpose of this role is to deliver both Civil and Structural Engineering projects across the aviation sector. You will be working within a team delivering full design services on a range of Aviation sector development projects. This integral role will provide the suitable candidate with the opportunity to progress and have full visibility of the end to end project life cycle. About You Ideally suitable candidates will have a Degree in Civil Engineering and possess a minimum of 3 years experience in a Civil Engineering infrastructure design post, working within a consultancy compiling technical design submissions suitable for both technical approval and construction. As well as being proficient in the production of detailed Civil Engineering designs, you will have drainage and civils structures design skills and good pavements experience preferably gained working on aviation or highways projects. You will be confident carrying out design works using AutoCad and knowledge of 3D Civils, Revit and MicroDrainage software is advantageous. Excellent communication skills and a willingness to collaborate with other teams is essential.
