This is a fulltime, temporary role for a period of 3 months, Monday to Friday, 36.25 hours per week, to start ASAP. The role is paying between £44,000 and £52,250 per annum, pro rata, depending on experience. Reporting into the Customer Business Manager, the Amazon Senior Customer Account Manager will lead the companys business with Amazon for their categories across all channels and endtoend. Accountable for the P&L and longterm growth plan, you set the strategy and then execute it with the full support of an allstar crossfunctional team. Youll own customer collaboration and have the chance to work alongside some of the most progressive minds in CPG and Retail. Duties; Lead the growth of Amazon in the UK; Build & lead the strategy for where to play & how to win in Amazon within your portfolio building a road map for holistic investment in the channel recognising its role in research as well as purchase. Build and develop existing and new strategic relationships with key partners. Lead eCom Net Revenue Management to develop and secure relevant consumer propositions for online and digital enabled business models in your categories (range, assortment and merchandising). Build & execute a Marketing plan to build our brand equity online e.g. cocreate A++ Content & Digital campaigns on and offsite to build brands in the smart phone enabled world (also sampling, subscribe & save) Develop new revenue streams that are fit for winning in Amazon e.g. Affiliates programme, new channel launch partnerships e.g. B2B, Amazon Air Lead customer strategy development and major customer initiatives Lead the development and delivery of the customer agile business plans, working with Category Managers and Shopper Marketing to create added value for strategic partners Work with the eCom Digital Marketing Manager, and Shopper Marketing to build & activate online Events (Prime Day, Black Friday, Christmas) NPD and core of the core activations. Deliver key Category initiatives across channel & customers e.g. Cost Price Changes, Brand Activation, New product launches and All Year Round Gifting, and Sustainable Living Plan campaigns etc. Work with Finance & Supply Business Partners to identify scalable & sustainable supply models to support the growth of Amazon. Be accountable for financial performance End to end P&L responsibility to deliver 4Gs Consistent, Competitive, Profitable & Responsible Growth Deliver Underlying Sales Growth (Turnover), Customer Profitability (Profit before Operating costs) and Market Share growth Ensure application of Marketing Mix Modelling insights to drive consistent return on investment. Deliver short term volume and spend forecast aligned to S&OP process securing the opportunities to accelerate growth and manage risks. Build the Talent & capability within the team Develop direct & indirect team lifting the floor and raising ceiling on the Amazon learnings & playbook to win Inspire the MCO & our Global teams on the opportunities and insight in the channel & from new partners Build teams across our matrix structure to unleash the capability across the allstar team attending Amex meetings, CCBTs Exeprience Required: +3.5yrs experience in an ecomerce Account Manager role Excellent negotiation skills, the ability to influence and have impact, creatively craft and build brands and businesses Sharp Financial acumen to own a P&L, deliver monthly and annual business targets as well as judgement, creativity and insight to assess and build new business models and ideally having led Net Revenue Management programmes Digital Experience proven track record or experience of building brands digitally/omnichannel Experience leading a portfolio of brands, categories/customers. Proof of strong Judgement, Drive, and Influence is a must.
