Senior Recruitment Consultant Manufacturing/ FMCG Harrison Sands have a fantastic opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant with experience of supplying manufacturing, engineering or FMCG staff to join a highly successful agency with further growth plans as second in command to the Divisional Manager in the FMCG team. Our client although established are constantly evolving and have achieved year on year profit growth over the last 10 years. With further plans to develop their FMCG team this is an excellent time for the Senior Consultant to join. The team currently sits at 6 staff, and has plans for further headcount, meaning that the Senior Consultant will have plenty of career development options. The Senior Consultant will operate on a 360 desk but will have full support of a Resourcer for candidate sourcing and initial interviews. Although there are warm client accounts to work with and develop, this company are looking for a confident consultant who feels that they know their market well and are able to develop further business and utilise their existing contact base within the industry to expand the client base. Our client are offering a great basic salary of up to £36,000 although we are open to conversations on salary with strong billers. They also offer a package which includes car allowance once you are billing over £8,000 GP per month, healthcare and pension schemes, regular incentive trips and prizes for achieving consultants and regular salary review as well as up to 30% commission.
