Reporting into the finance team leader the role will initially be a 6 month fixed term contract and you will be based in a busy office in Clydebank What the role involves: Preparing monthly management accounts for select companies, this includes trial balance, P&L, balance sheet, actual to budget variance analysis Maintain the general ledger, cashbook and end to end sales and purchase invoices Reconciliation of bank accounts and balance sheet accounts, looking into aged items and preparing schueduels Raising invoices for clients Credit control, chasing aged debts, creating payment plans Responsible for processing travel claims Ad hoc tasks Occasional travel notice given Experience which would help: QBE or Part Qual ACCA/ CIMA Prep of accounts to trial balance (1 year Min) MS Packages, Agresso Process improvement capability Self motivated (you will be working on your own and in a team) If this opportunity appeals to you please contact #####@######.### // ##### ######Search is an equal opportunities recruiter and we welcome applications from all suitably skilled or qualified applicants, regardless of their race, sex, disability, religion/beliefs, sexual orientation or age
