We are seeking a committed and experienced Sister / Charge Nurse to join our client's busy Surgical Ward team at their large acute hospital site, based in leafy and comfortable surroundings in Chandler's Ford, Hampshire , just outside Southampton along the M3. This is a full-time role, but our client may be open to considering a part-time hours opportunity; however, rigid rostering cannot be accommodated. Our client is a leading provider of independent healthcare in the UK, working with some of the capital's eminent medical Consultants and multidisciplinary healthcare specialists. The successful candidate will lead the team to deliver high quality, clinically effective care, liaising with Consultants and colleagues to co-ordinate and manage services, while identifying training opportunities for staff and further improvement strategies for the department.
