Proven resource planning and management of end to end capacity and demand resource scheduling in order to facilitate effective management of priorities/workload. Hands on experience of developing and successfully utilising a project prioritisation framework within a portfolio prioritisation context. Experience and natural flair for communication and PR experience in plain and engaging language using different and innovative media. Ability to develop, and project a positive image of the IT function and company through interpersonal, written and verbal communications to a wide range of audiences. Proven track record in partnership working with both internal and external stakeholders. Strong organisational and change management skills with demonstrated ability to prioritise. * Strong understanding of risk management and managing internal and external audits preferably within an IT environment.
