Planning - Develop and manage IT schedule of work (projects, pipeline, releases, upgrades) and produce resource availability and demand forecasting to inform when scheduling of work can practically take place. Audit and Risk - Manage end to end process of audits and risk management, ensure plans and actions are adhered to and corrective action is taken as required. Proven resource planning and management of end to end capacity and demand resource scheduling in order to facilitate effective management of priorities/workload. Hands on experience of developing and successfully utilising a project prioritisation framework within a portfolio prioritisation context. Experience and natural flair for communication and PR experience in plain and engaging language using different and innovative media. Ability to develop, and project a positive image of the IT function and company through interpersonal, written and verbal communications to a wide range of audiences. Proven track record in partnership working with both internal and external stakeholders. Strong organisational and change management skills with demonstrated ability to prioritise. * Strong understanding of risk management and managing internal and external audits preferably within an IT environment.
