The Role Provided day-to-day with warm leads of new and existing customers who have just or recently completed their mortgage purchase, you will be tasked with the following: Offering additional, appropriate services to their mortgage Achieving weekly KPIs; focused on call volume and success rate After completion of training you will be expected to demonstrate a thorough understanding of the products, ensuring that customers are given accurate information at all times Working in a fast-paced call centre environment generating income through both sales and amendments The candidate Our client is looking for motivated, talented individuals who hold fantastic interpersonal skills, looking to kick start their career in insurance. Although coming from an insurance or sales environment would be beneficial, they are more focused on the ‘right’ person. If you are motivated and driven, are comfortable working in a high-pressured environment ensuring that customer satisfaction is at the forefront of your service then you may just be suited to this role! Due to the nature of the position you must have an excellent phone manner, and are motived by providing excellent customer service. Experience Insurance or sales experience would be a benefit, but is not essential. The successful applicant will be educated to at least GCSE standard grades A-C in Maths and English. Salary and Benefits Salary: £19,000 p.a. + commission (OTE 26,000 p.a.). Employee Pension Scheme, Permanent Health Insurance, Childcare Vouchers. There will be an assessment centre that you will need to attend on the 12th July. Hours: Monday – Thursday 10am to 6.30pm, Friday 9am to 5.30pm. Saturdays (work one in three) 10am to 2pm and then time off given in lieu (to be taken whenever you like!).
