An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated Claims Handler to join a Motor Insurance Claims team based in the Bristol Office. As well as the customer, youll talk to third parties to settle claims quickly and efficiently. Youll decide on legal liability and policy liability issues and make sure that were complying with all regulatory and internal systems controls. Youll have more freedom to make decisions and manage claims in the way that you think is best. Person Specification: Previous insurance sector experience, ideally managing claims A commitment to the importance of good customer care. First class written and verbal communication skills. The ability to analyse, evaluate and make logical decisions. Good organisational skills. The ability to meet challenging deadlines and department quality and service standards. Role is based in Bristol City Centre, working Monday to Friday 9am5pm Ideally applicants should have a minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade C or above (or equivalent) including Maths and English Language. We will consider graduates with strong customer service experience.
