Customer Claims Handler
- £18000 - £24000 per annum
A fantastic opportunity to work for an insurance company that sets itself apart from all the others, we are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Customer Service professionals to join a Motor Insurance Claims team based in the heart of Bristol city centre. As well as the customer, youll talk to third parties to settle insurance claims quickly and efficiently. Youll decide on liability issues and make sure that were complying with all regulatory and internal systems controls. Youll have freedom to make decisions and manage claims in the way that you think is best. Person Specification: A commitment to the importance of good customer care. First class written and verbal communication skills. The ability to analyse, evaluate and make logical decisions. Good organisational skills. The ability to meet challenging deadlines and department quality and service standards. Previous insurance sector experience is preferred but NOT essential Role is based in Bristol City Centre, working Monday to Friday 9am5pm Ideally applicants should have a minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade C or above (or equivalent) including Maths and English Language. We will consider graduates with strong customer service experience.
