Job Place is working in partnership with a national firm of Loss Adjusters for the recruitment of Insurance Claims Handlers. This is a permanent and full-time position working in the subsidence claims team in Fareham, Hampshire. The role of an Insurance Claims Handler is to undertake proactive claims handling and progression of subsidence claims instructed by Insurers on behalf of Policy Holders. Key Duties - Managing the claims process from initial notification through to completion - Updating Insurers, policyholders and agents in relation to the progress - Referring work out to field-based agents - Completing reports on new and existing claims - Updating company systems.
