As a gifted Insurance Litigation Solicitor, you will also be comfortable in advising prestigious clients with phrasing as part of managing risks. THE CANDIDATE: With genuine Partner prospects in the short to medium term, the appointed Litigation Solicitor will bring your Insurance Litigation expertise and be able to demonstrate your understanding and technical excellence when dealing with clientele at the highest standard to include FTSE100 firms. The appointed Insurance Litigation Solicitor will have at least 7 years PQE experience and have the desire to lead and forge the team ahead. You will be driven, enthusiastic and able to deliver your new business skills to develop this exceptional Litigation team. You will be dealing with matters such as; Social services claims including abuse/ failure to remove claims, Human Rights Act claims, Data breach claims, Claims against the police, employers and public liability, industrial disease claims, occupiers liability and a full range of accident and personal injury cases.
