Quest Employment are looking for a Logistics Administrator on a full-time permanent basis. This position will be based in Northampton and our client is within the medical/pharmaceutical industry. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm and the salary is £18,000 to £20,000 depending on your experience. Some of your duties are as follow: Booking goods in via our SOP and ERP systems Picking and shipping orders via our SOP and ERP systems Dealing with customer Queries Ability to use Microsoft office and ERP packages in timely manner Dealing with customer phone calls and enquires Ability to work in a structured manner Creating New Customer account Dealing with intercompany queries Quality checking outgoing orders Monitoring all outstanding work and ensuring that this is followed up as necessary Liaising with internal and external customers Participate in special projects and perform other duties as required * Be an enthusiastic team player This position will be working in a logistics environment and will be using typical office equipment. Some heavy lifting may be required so a Fork Lift Licence would be preferred. We are seeking to appoint a Lecturer in International Logistics (Teaching and Research focus) and are looking for a suitably qualified and experienced candidate to fulfil this role. You will contribute to the academic and professional development of International Logistics. This will include teaching on undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, and fulfilling the associated administrative duties. You will also be expected to contribute to research within the School, and join an appropriate research group.
